No more delayed attractions at American Dream

Things continue to go badly for the American Dream Mall in East Rutherford with news that two major attractions will delay their openings even further.
The Sea Life Aquarium and Legoland Discovery Center will not meet their May 4 target opening date.
Merlin Entertainment, which owns both attractions, just announced the opening date last month, but this week the company said it would not be able to meet the deadline.
In a statement, Merlin said both attractions had experienced delays, but no details were given and no new opening dates were announced other than that both would open sometime this summer. .
The aquarium invites visitors to “escape into a breathtaking underwater tunnel, come face to face with sharks and rays, touch a sticky anemone and explore more than 10 aquatic exhibits inspired by the most famous landmarks. memorials of New York. “
One of the main attractions is the large number of fish; more than 1000 creatures will be exhibited. The Legoland Discovery Center will be open to families with children aged 3 to 10 and will offer a âworld of color, creativity and funâ; it will present monuments of New York and New Jersey in Legos. There will also be a Lego train ride, classes, a playground and a 4D cinema.
The American Dream was scheduled to open last year, and some of the stores and attractions were open for a few months until the pandemic shut them down. It started reopening last October with some of the biggest draws like the Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park, Dream Works Water Park, and Indoor Ski Park.
