LEGOLAND® NEW YORK RESORT IS OFFERING “90 SURPRISES A WEEK” TO CELEBRATE THE 90TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE LEGO® GROUP!

“For 90 years, The LEGO Group has inspired creativity and joy in children, and as a theme park, LEGO play is in our DNA,” said the LEGOLAND New York Resort Division Manager. Stephanie Johnson. “This summer, for our first full season, we decided to take the celebrations up a notch with even more surprises and giveaways to go all out for the first full season of LEGOLAND New York Resort!”
Starting tomorrow, the gigantic LEGO Cake made of over 180,000 LEGO elements will be on display for photo ops throughout the summer. For ten weeks (June 10 – August 19), all kids who visit LEGOLAND New York Thursday through Sunday will receive a limited-edition lanyard upon entering the park. Each week, 90 random children will find a card inside the lanyard with a special surprise. Prices include:

- And, for a few lucky ones, all-inclusive stays at the LEGOLAND VIP hotel!
Beyond birthday festivities, families can also enjoy a slew of new brick-built adventures this summer, including the first-ever LEGOLAND New York The 4th of July Red, white and BOOM! celebration, new entertainment shows, new characters and new LEGO models. The fun continues with select LEGOLAND parks launching a new “Play YOUR Way” campaign around the world in honor of the 90e anniversary. “Play YOUR Way” introduces children to five different types of games (designer, creator, explorer, storyteller or dreamer) and encourages them to become familiar with various touchpoints in the park, such as playful quizzes, so that they can experience their game type. There will even be “Master Players” who have mastered all five game types traveling through the parks in magical costumes to amaze guests.
LEGOLAND New York Resort takes kids on a journey through seven LEGOs® themed lands including Brick Street, Bricktopia, LEGO® NINJAGO® World, LEGO Castle, LEGO City, MINILAND and LEGO Pirates. Designed for families with children ages 2-12, must-see LEGOLAND New York vacation highlights include transforming into a minifigure in the world premiere of the LEGO Factory Adventure, Pursuit of the Red Wizard out of from the castle on the iconic dragon roller coaster, and harness the power of the elements with Master Wu on LEGO® NINJAGO® The path.
