BRICKFEST 2022: Newcastle’s LEGO fan event is back bigger than ever

Master builders of all ages will present some of the most amazing LEGO creations ever seen this year Newcastle Brick Festival.
The event will take over Newcastle Jockey Club over two massive days of LEGO action in July.
Newcastle Brickfest has become one of Australia’s premier LEGO fan events, hosted by rainbow bricksa local group of volunteer LEGO fans.
Visitors will be able to interact with exhibitors, ask questions about their exhibits and take part in a whole host of LEGO building fun.
The popular City Layout is back, complete with working trains, and Hunter Heroes will be on hand to cosplay pop culture characters and take photos with the crowd.
There will be a build zone open to everyone to build their own LEGO creations, hourly speed build competitions, remote control trackers, minifigure hunts, coloring contests and a LEGO raffle.
The event is a not-for-profit event that has been supporting Newcastle charities for seven years. And this year, Brickfest has chosen the John Hunter Children’s Hospital Children’s Club as its charity partner.
Newcastle Brickfest will take over the Newcastle Jockey Club, on Darling Street in Broadmeadow, on Saturday 9th July and Sunday 10th July. For more information and ticketing trybooking.com.
