All the best may be the 4th gear which is not for Nerf breeders
Look, we got it. You’ve been from one side of this galaxy to the other, and you’ve never seen anything that made you think Star Wars Day only comes once a year. You’re the kind of person who thinks Star Wars Day should be celebrated on May 25, the day the first movie hits theaters. Or maybe you think it should be celebrated on November 12, the day the first Star Wars book was published in 1976. before the film hits theaters six months later. Damn, how about May 14, George Lucas’ birthday? But it’s May 4th – mostly because it’s a solid, puntastic father-in-law joke. It might not make sense, but the joke has it where it counts. (Where is it?)
Anyway… The real purpose of May 4th is to get people to buy things. Let’s be honest. That’s it. Since the inception of Star Wars, George Lucas has wanted you to buy Star Wars stuff. This is not an exaggeration. Lucas pioneered movie merchandising offerings and created an art form by wanting all of Star Wars stuff before we could even get our hands on it. Several times in history, wanting Star Wars trash but not being able to get it has created an intense Force-FOMO. It happened in 1977. It happened in 1999 with the toys for The phantom menace. And at the end of 2019, we all lost our minds when we couldn’t have a baby Yoda. whatever.
But right now other than the super expensive Lego R2-D2 sets, you can pretty much get anything you want in Star wars. So if you indulge in May 4th retail therapy, what should you actually buy? Here are some really cool and legitimate Star Wars stuff that isn’t scruffy or cheesy bantha poodoo. We’re talking about the good stuff now. No mind stuff.
Citizen Refurbished Eco-Drive Boba Fett Watch
In the world of high-end watches, this Citizen Eco Boba Fett watch is actually quite reasonable. Normally $ 375, these refurbished watches cost $ 129. The best thing about this watch is that it’s not even overtly Star Wars-y. You have the Boba Fett colors and the Fett outline. Other than that, it’s just a stylish watch.

‘This Is The Way’ Men’s T-Shirt
In 2019, we all wanted a cool Baby Yoda shirt. Now it’s done. The coolest move is this weird shirt that claims “ The Mandalorian ” is some sort of 1980s cop show or bad video game – or both. Why this police? Why these colors? We like it.
